Moodle is Caspian’s virtual learning environment for course materials and activities. Teaching staff should follow the relevant course arrangements and the School’s current learning, teaching and assessment guidance.

Start with the right route
Use the most relevant contact for your question. If the appropriate route is unclear, contact the School and your enquiry can be directed to the right team.
Course or assessment matter
Contact the relevant module, programme or academic lead using your established internal communication route.
Login or technical problem

Follow the School’s published safeguarding route and escalate urgent concerns without delay.

Where do I access my College email?
Use the College Gmail link above and sign in with your Caspian School account. If you cannot access the account, email IT support.
How do I view my staff timetable?
Open Google Calendar using your College account. Follow your normal internal route if a session or meeting is missing or appears incorrect.
How is Turnitin accessed?
Turnitin is accessed through the relevant Moodle course area where it forms part of the approved assessment process; it is not presented here as a separate public login.
Where can I find current School policies?
Use the Policies and Procedures Framework to search the current academic, staff, safety and governance documents published by the School.
What should I do if I have a safeguarding concern?
Follow the School’s Safeguarding and Prevent guidance and use the designated internal reporting route. Do not delay escalation where there may be an immediate risk.
