Rules governing access to and use of caspianschool.ac.uk
Effective date: 24 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the public website operated by Caspian School of Academics Ltd. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Separate terms apply to applications, enrolment, tuition, student portals, Moodle, purchases and other services.
2. Company information
Caspian School of Academics Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under number 12677904. Its registered office is Olympic House, 28–42 Clements Road, Ilford, England IG1 1BA. Contact: info@caspianschool.ac.uk or +44 (0)20 3576 3423.
3. Information on the site
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information. Course content, validation status, entry requirements, fees, funding, delivery arrangements, dates and availability may change. Information marked “subject to validation”, “provisional” or similar is not a confirmed offer.
Before applying or relying on information, check the current course page and obtain written confirmation from Admissions. Nothing on the site creates a student contract or guarantees admission, funding, immigration permission, professional registration, employment or a particular outcome.
4. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date.
5. Accounts and credentials
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Keep usernames, passwords and security codes confidential; do not share accounts.
- Notify CSA promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use another person’s account.
We may suspend an account to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, CSA or its licensors own the site and its content, including text, branding, graphics, recordings, software and course materials. You may view the site and print or download reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial information or study. You must keep acknowledgements intact and must not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify or create derivative works without permission or a lawful exception.
“Caspian School of Academics” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or origin without written permission.
7. Linking
You may link fairly and lawfully to public pages, provided the link does not damage our reputation, imply endorsement or frame the site. We may withdraw linking permission. Links to third-party sites are supplied for convenience and do not amount to endorsement; CSA does not control their content or availability.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use the site unlawfully or in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not introduce malware, attack availability, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, harvest personal information, send spam, impersonate another person, or use automated tools in a way that burdens the service or ignores published controls.
9. User-submitted material
You must have the right to submit material and it must be accurate, lawful and respectful. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless authorised. You grant CSA a non-exclusive licence to host, copy and use submitted material only as necessary to provide the requested service, administer the relationship and meet legal duties.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, CSA is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information where the user should reasonably have obtained current confirmation, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If you use the site for business purposes, CSA excludes implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
11. Viruses and security
We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee that the site is free from harmful code. You are responsible for appropriate device, browser and security protection. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to info@caspianschool.ac.uk; do not publicly disclose or exploit them.
12. Governing law
These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer resident elsewhere may have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
