1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on a device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and scripts. They can support basic operation, remember choices, measure use and enable third-party features.
2. Our approach to consent
Strictly necessary technologies are used without consent because the website cannot provide the requested service or security without them. Optional functional, analytics and advertising technologies remain off until the user actively accepts the relevant category. Rejecting optional cookies must be as easy as accepting them. Consent is not inferred from silence, scrolling or continued browsing.
Users can reopen “Cookie Settings” at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. Provisional inventory requiring live verification
The following inventory reflects technologies observed or reasonably indicated on the site. CSA must replace it with the output of a live scan performed before and after consent choices. Unknown or unlisted optional cookies must not be allowed to load.

5. Third-party services
Third parties may receive device, browser and interaction information when their service is activated. Their own notices apply. Optional embeds should use consent-aware blocking or a click-to-load mechanism. Google reCAPTCHA must be assessed for necessity and configured to minimise data use; forms should explain its use.
6. Managing cookies
Use the Cookie Settings to accept, reject or adjust optional categories. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the website from working. Browser “do not track” signals are not consistently standardised; we honour consent choices made through our preference centre.
7. Contact and changes
