Message from the Chairman of the Board of Governance

Caspian School of Academics has established a formal Board of Governance comprising the school’s Directors, senior managers, and a number of independent external members, each bringing experience and specialist knowledge to assist in the development and monitoring of the school’s strategy.

The structure of the Board closely adheres to guidance provided in the Higher Education Code of Governance. Caspian School of Academics stands out among small independent colleges by taking the bold step of establishing such a Board. In addition to experts in finance, law, funding, and quality, the school has also invited a student to serve as a member of the Board. Outcomes of Board meetings are accessible to students and other stakeholders.

It is a great pleasure and privilege to serve as Chair of the Board of Governance.
