Academic Board

The Academic Board, which usually meets twice per year, is responsible for all academic matters, including teaching, learning, assessment, and quality assurance across the School. It ensures that programmes meet awarding body and regulatory standards, monitors student performance and progression, and oversees academic policies and procedures. The Board plays a key role in maintaining academic integrity, enhancing teaching quality, and preparing for external reviews and inspections.

Audit, Internal Control and Risk Management Committee

This Committee supports the Board of Governance in overseeing financial management, internal controls, audit processes, and risk management. It reviews budgets, monitors financial performance, and ensures effective use of resources, while also overseeing compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements. The Committee works with internal and external auditors, identifies and manages risks, and ensures transparency, accountability, and long-term financial sustainability of the School.
