Caspian School of Academics offers this HND in Business Marketing course with the approval of BTEC Edexcel. Pearson BTEC Higher National qualifications are designed to prepare learners for employment in a specific industry.

Entry Requirements

Students who have recently been in education are likely to need:

A level pass or equivalent
A BTEC level-3 qualification in Business
Other related level-3 qualifications or recognised equivalent qualification
An Access to a Higher Education Certificate awarded by an approved Further Education institution
Related work experience (two years or more of relevant full-time work experience). As part of our entry requirements, applicants who may not have the necessary qualifications, may be considered through their relevant work experience (3 years minimum). As part of the application process, applicants will be required to provide a copy of their CV and a reference letter from employers.

English Language

In order for students to be successful on Pearson BTEC Higher National qualifications, which are both taught and assessed in English, it is critical that they have an appropriate level of English language skills. The following clarifies the requirements for all centers when recruiting applicants on to new Pearson BTEC Higher National qualifications.

All students who are non-native English speakers and who have not undertaken their final two years of schooling in English can demonstrate capability in English at a standard equivalent to the levels identified below before being recruited to the programme:

Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level B2
PTE 51
IELTS 5.5; Reading and Writing must be at 5.5 or equivalent

Restrictions on Learner Entry:

The Edexcel BTEC Higher National qualifications are for learners aged 18 years and over.

Career Progression

The Pearson BTEC Level 5 HND in Business (Marketing) offers a progression route for learners to be employed in the marketing, accounting, advertising, and sales industries. The Edexcel BTEC Level 5 HND in Business (Marketing) is particularly useful for learners who wish to progress to a Bachelor’s Degree.

The tuition fee for the academic year 2024/2025 – £6,000 ; and will apply to both the new and the continuing CSA students.
